It is a natural plant that grows in Turkey's Marmara Sea coast, Aegean and Mediterranean regions. Figs are for table and can be dried. Yellow and white figs are dried; yellow, greenish and purple figs are for table use. Türkiye is the world's largest exporter of black figs. Figs have a smooth and slightly sticky skin. One fruit - about 65 g., has a thin skin, the inside is usually pink or red.
